You can make your receipt by presenting the code of your order:

Daily 10:00 - 14:00

Afternoon: Tuesday, Thursday 19: 00-21: 00

Saturday 10:00 - 14:00.

• Shipments within Greece are made by courier or transport company depending on the volume / weight of the parcels. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday.

Product availability

• IMPORTANT: The availability of our products is constantly updated. However, in case of lack of a product, you will be informed immediately by the store.

Delivery time

The delivery times listed refer to orders were paid.

• If the product is immediately available, the delivery time is 1-3 working days.
• If the product is in condition ‘On request’ Delivery time is from 10-40 working days and is indicated on the product page.

Attention!

• In case of change of indicated delivery time, due to supplier failure, you will be informed immediately by the store.
• IMPORTANT: The availability of our products is constantly updated. However, in case of lack of a product, you will be informed immediately by the store.
• If you have paid for your order and the delivery time is different from the one listed due to exhaustion of the product, you have the right to request a refund. The return is made according to the payment method you have chosen.

Shipping costs

• Για αγορές άνω των 50€ τα μεταφορικά έξοδα είναι δωρεάν.
• Τα έξοδα αποστολής υπολογίζονται κατά την αγορά.
• Σε περίπτωση μη παραλαβής δέματος από την συνεργαζόμενη μεταφορική εταιρία/courier (πχ λόγω επανειλημμένης απουσίας του πελάτη ή μη δυνατότητα επικοινωνίας μαζί του) ή επαναχώρησης του καταναλωτή τα μεταφιρικά έξοδα συμπεριλαμβανομένου και των νέων μεταφορικών εξόδων που θα προκύψουν επιβαρύνουν τον καταναλωτή.
• Σε περίπτωση αποστολής με courier ή με μεταφορική εταιρία επιλογής του καταναλωτή τα μεταφορικά έξοδα που θα προκύψουν επιβαρύνουν τον καταναλωτή
